A WREXHAM village outreach Post Office has confirmed a potential six-week closure due to 'unforeseen circumstances.'
The Rossett Community Town Council has informed residents that the outreach post office will be closed between four to six weeks due to 'staff illness.'
The outreach Post Office, situated on Station Road, closed last week for New Year and has remained shut ever since.
A Rossett Community Council spokesperson said: "We're very sorry to say, due to staff illness, Rossett Friday Post Office will not be open for the next 4-6 weeks.
"Jolene, Post Mistress has broken her wrist. This means she is unable to drive or operate the equipment which is necessary to open the Outreach Post Office facility.
