A BUSINESS centre in Wrexham has been placed up for sale.
Legat Owen has announced it has been instructed to market the former Redwither Business Centre site at Wrexham Industrial Estate on behalf of Wrexham Council.
The 1.56 hectares (3.87 acres) development site includes a detached 2-story office building of 855.12 sq m (9,200 sq ft) with planning permission granted to demolish.
Director Mark Diaper in the Business Space Team said: “The site offers a rare opportunity for occupiers, investors and developers to acquire land on Wrexham Industrial Estate and we foresee strong interest during the marketing campaign up to the Tender date.”
Nicholas Adamson, head of services for assets at Wrexham Council, said: “This strategic disposal will hopefully bring new development and jobs to an already thriving industrial estate."
