BLACKBURN ROVERS had the first laugh following the FA Cup draw in which they found out they will play Wrexham AFC.
The Reds booked their place in round four following a win over bitter rivals Shrewsbury Town on Sunday (January 7).
EFL Championship club Rovers meanwhile beat Cambridge United 5-2 a day earlier to advance to the same stage of the historic cup competition.
Monday night's FA Cup draw saw the two clubs drawn against one another with the tie to be played at Rovers' Ewood Park some time between January 26 and 29 (date TBC).
And the Blackburn Rovers social media admin was quick to get the first laugh in soon after that draw was made.

They did so by bringing the infamous Welcome to Wrexham map back to the limelight.
That caused quite a stir when it aired on the documentary as it was so geographically incorrect.
Clubs were scattered all over the UK map - some being miles away from where they are actually located.
Following Monday's draw Blackburn Rovers posted a picture of the map - which shows them in the north west of England rather than in Lancashire - to X (formerly Twitter).
They cheekily added: "See you soon, @Wrexham_AFC. Let us know if you need directions?"

Luckily, Wrexham fans saw the funny side of it.
Turf landlord Wayne Jones replied to the Tweet by saying: "Good banter. Looking forward to it. New ground for me. See ya soon!"
Wrexham AFC Brasil said: "Well played!"
Owen Vaughan-Morris said: "And Rovers take an early lead! Fair play."
The meeting between Wrexham and Blackburn Rovers will be their first since 1982.
A Denis Leman goal was the difference back then as Wrexham won 1-0.
