A FLINTSHIRE initiative to ensure that nobody is left on their own on Christmas Day was a roaring success once more.
Members of Mold and Buckley Round Table once again hosted their Christmas Day dinner event to look after some of the community's most vulnerable people.
After supporting around 50 people last Christmas, this year's event saw around 70 people pop along to the Daniel Owen Centre Cafe in Mold.
A 'great time' was had as guests were treated to a three course dinner!

A statement from Mold and Buckley Round Table read: "Well we've just about recovered from Christmas Day!
"We welcomed in over 70 people who might otherwise have been alone on Christmas Day, and fed them a 3 course Christmas Dinner, and we all had a great time!
"A huge thank you once again to the Daniel Owen Centre Cafe for hosting, Bwydydd Oren Foods, Castell Howell Synthite, The Rise and everyone else who made donations of food or funds for the day.
"Also a massive thank you to the myriad of volunteers we had, both to set up the hall to look so lovely on Christmas Eve, and also all those who gave up valuable time on Christmas Day to help deliver food, give lifts to people, clear tables, make drinks, wash pots and sit and talk to people. We couldn't even dream of accomplishing Christmas Day with you!"
"Is it too early to start planning for next year?!"
