KIND-HEARTED children at a Flintshire school have gifted some treats and a card to their local police officers this Christmas time.
With Christmas Day now just a few days away, many of us will be getting into the festive spirit and looking forward to spending time with family and friends.
But pupils at Ysgol Merllyn in Bagillt have also been thinking of those who help to look after their community all year round.
Pupils and staff teamed up to hand over some lovely Christmas treats and a card for their local North Wales Police officers to enjoy.
Among the items handed out were some coffee, Haribo and plenty of biscuits for the team to enjoy this Christmas time.

They said: "A huge thank you to the pupils and staff at Ysgol Merllyn in Bagillt for our Christmas treats and lovely card which they delivered to the station today.
"We look forward to trying them during our busy shifts this week."
