A spot in North Wales has been named among the best places to see the Northern Lights in the UK and Ireland. 

Stargazers across the country have been lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights, also known as the aurora borealis, on several occasions in 2024.

For those who missed the lights, don't worry, the experts at LeaseCar.uk have revealed seven locations around the UK and Ireland that are among the best spots to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights.

Luckily for stargazers in North Wales, you don't have far to travel to see the Northern Lights with Angelsey being named among one of the best spots to catch a glimpse.
