WITH CHRISTMAS just around the corner, the annual festive float is setting off through Wrexham villages this week.
After starting in Ponciau in Wrexham yesterday (December 4) tonight the Christmas float will be travelling through Rhos.
The annual tradition is loved by thousands as the lights and Santa attempt to spread as much Christmas joy as possible.

Organised by Rhos Community Council, the Christmas float is expected to travel around Pant Ward tomorrow evening (December 6) and Johnstown on Thursday (December 7).
Clerk of Rhos Community Council, Catherine Edge, said there is no set schedule or map so residents eager to see the float are encouraged to keep their eyes peeled for the flashing lights and Christmas music.
It will set off at approximately 4.20pm and will try to cover as many roads in each ward as possible.
