A POPULAR Jamaican restaurant based in Flintshire has received two top awards.
'Up A Yard' based in Holywell, Flintshire, has secured the Tripadvisor Travellers' Choice Award 2023 and the Restaurant Guru Recommendation Award.
Owner Charlotte Stanley is thrilled with the awards and progress the business has made since it opened during lockdown as a delivery and takeaway service.
The Jamaican business, situated on Greenfield Rd, received the Restaurant Guru award based solely on customer reviews for the second year running.
Charlotte said: "What an achievement for this beautiful little restaurant. Hard work pays off. I want to thank each and every customer.
"You're the ones who made it possible for all our hard work to be seen. Not just locally but globally."
With Christmas Eve already fully booked, Charlotte is urging anyone who wants to try their brand new festive menu to book as soon as possible.

The restaurant also offers live authentic music on weekends.
Up A Yard has gone from strength to strength this year, receiving the Best World Cuisine category at the Wales Food Awards in June this year.
Charlotte is keen to welcome new and familiar faces this Christmas as she hopes her business continues to grow.
