THERE WAS a 'wonderful' turnout from the community of a Flintshire town as its Christmas lights were switched on.
On Friday, November 24, Holywell Town Council held its annual Christmas Lights Switch On event which drew in a great crowd once again.
A day full of festive fun was held in town with an artisan's market based on the high street and Santa's float passing through.
Christmas songs were sung by local schoolchildren and other performances were also enjoyed as Christmas officially arrived in Holywell.
