POLICE have launched an appeal following a fatal collision in Wrexham last night.
The force closed Heritage Way in Brymbo late on Saturday (November 25) following a 'police incident'.
Today (November 26) North Wales Police confirmed a fatal road traffic collision had occurred.
Officers are now appealing for any information regarding the incident.
A spokesperson said: "We are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision that occurred on Heritage Way in Brymbo last night, Saturday the 25th of November.
"This incident is sadly being investigated as a fatal collision.
"We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the collision or have dashcam footage from the area to contact police.
"If anyone has information that could assist in our ongoing investigations, they are urged to contact police via our web chat facility or by calling 101, quoting reference 23001189665."
