IT was a busy night in Buckley as hundreds of people gathered to watch the town's annual Christmas lights switch on.
Towns and villages across Wrexham and Flintshire are coming together to get into the festive spirit, with Christmas right around the corner.
On Saturday night (November 25) it was Buckley's turn to host their switch on and it was very well received by locals.
Hundreds of people showed up to enjoy the live music, rides, and food and drink on offer.
There was also a parade down Brunswick Road before Santa arrived to complete the switch-on.
The cold temperatures didn't affect the turnout on what was a busy night in Buckley.
