TWO WREXHAM-based M&S colleagues have featured in the retailer's latest Christmas single hoping to bag the number one spot.

Jane Jarvis and Jo Cunningham have given years of service to Wrexham's M&S and are making it extra special this year by featuring in the retailer's Christmas hit.

Colleagues from nine stores across the UK, including Wrexham, have joined forces with Team Romford to launch 'Maybe this Christmas time' on Monday, November 27 for a bid for the coveted Christmas No.1.

The song will help raise crucial funds for Young Minds, the UK's leading mental health charity for young people.

The Leader:

This will be the third and final bid from the team to top the Christmas charts.

Written by frontman (and M&S visual merchandiser) Jack Brooker, the single has been endorsed by M&S Food Ambassador Peter Crouch who also gets a shout out in the song.

Jane said he best part of being on the project is “meeting all the other store colleagues, everyone has made me feel so at ease and relaxed”.

The only bit she’s a bit nervous but excited about is the dance! Jane loves that M&S is partnering with Wrexham AFC and can’t wait to meet the stars. She’s really looking forward to providing the team with M&S Food.
