Man's punch on city-centre night out left victim with 'traumatic brain injury'
This defendant's actions in the early hours of the morning were captured on CCTV.
After delivering the powerful blow to his victim and leaving him lying on the ground unconscious, he ran away through the centre of Wrexham.

Wrexham man who ordered men to break into home and attack occupant is jailed
A court heard this terrifying incident arose after a "family feud."
And although this defendant was not present at the incident, it was said in court that he 'arranged for two men from Birmingham' to visit the Ruabon home and 'harm' one of the occupants within it.

Man accused gas engineer of sleeping with his ex - then stabbed him three times
In a truly unexpected turn of events, the victim in this case was set upon by a man wielding scissors as he sat in his work van.
The victim was initially prevented from escaping by his own seatbelt at the defendant lunched at his neck with the weapon.

Shotton man spared jail for Christmas Day attack on ex
A court heard this defendant became "abusive" with his partner three months into their relationship.
He threatened her by saying 'You don't know what I'm capable of', would make her wear certain clothes and make-up and force her to delete any male friends off social media.

Man avoids jail after admitting his part in cannabis street dealing operation
Police found this man's fingerprints on a bag of cannabis after forcing a car to stop.
Once they searched his home, more of the drug was found - as well as a pair of phones and scales.
The devices revealed messages which were indicative of drug dealing, the court heard.
