A MAIN road in Flintshire has been closed by police due to a broken down HGV.
North Wales Police have confirmed the A494 at Alltami has been "completely" closed due to the HGV breakdown.
The road has been closed near the crossroad traffic lights.

Heavy traffic is building in the area as a result and police are asking the public to avoid the area.
An NWP spokesperson said: "Due to a broken down HGV at Alltami crossroads traffic lights on the A494. The road is completely closed at the moment.
"Please avoid the area if possible until the vehicle can be recovered."
