Lauren Eaton-Jones, assistant director of development, from the North Wales Housing Association said: “North Wales Housing has purchased homes off SG Estates previously in Denbighshire and they have been a fantastic addition to our housing stock. We were keen to work with SG Estates on another site and Manor Gardens gave us the opportunity to do so. Once again, the buying process went very smoothly with excellent communication throughout.

"We know that we are purchasing high-quality homes when partnering with SG Estates and the new homes at Manor Gardens do not disappoint! We aim to provide more much-needed affordable homes across North Wales, and we are very pleased to increase the number of homes we have in the county of Wrexham through this development.

"It has been a pleasure to work with the company again and we hope to continue this good relationship going forward on other sites that SG Estates develop in the future”.
