A PUB in Wrexham is on the lookout for a new operator ahead of plans for a "major refurbishment".
The pub, which also has bedrooms is set to undergo a big refurb, inside and outside, with the hopes of becoming a "premium pub".
The "significant investment" would create "two distinct trading areas" with the capacity of 65 covers inside and 45 outside, with plans to increase the number of outside seating.
However, prior to the refurbishment coming into fruition, a new operator is needed at the pub.

A spokesperson from Star Pubs & Bars said: “Subject to appointing a new operator, we would like to undertake a major refurbishment to transform The Trevor Arms into a high quality local pub offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere and excellent food and drinks.
“The pub is in a great location in the affluent village of Marford and we believe it has real potential to be an outstanding premium pub for local residents, families and business users alike.
"As part of this, we are looking for a new operator to work with us on developing the pub and taking it forward. Anyone interested can find more information at: www.starpubs.co.uk or call our recruitment team on 08085 949596.”
