THE Turf in Wrexham will be "shut until further notice" following a fire today (November 10).
Wayne Jones took to social media this afternoon to confirm there had been a blaze at the site on Mold Road and the pub will be forced to close as a result.
Thankfully no one was harmed in the incident, but there has been damage which has led to the closure.
The fire comes following an overnight break-in at the pub's marquee, which led to Wayne stating it would be closed for tomorrow's Wrexham game against Gillingham.
Then a second update came that work was ongoing to get the marquee back open in time for the match on Saturday, much to the delight of locals.

Dozens of messages of support have flooded in for the popular landlord, with hopes that the pub will be back up and trading as soon as possible.
