A FLINTSHIRE shopping centre is holding a festive event, that organisers hope will become an annual tradition.
A Christmas market is being planned for the Buckley precinct, aimed at celebrating local business and bringing trade to the town.
Hosted by Sharon Beck of community interest project Shelby's Place, based in the precinct, it is hoped the family-friendly event will be one the whole community can enjoy.

Taking place on Saturday, December 9, from 9am-4pm, the precinct will be lined with a variety of stalls from local businesses and tradespeople.
There will be a raffle and tombola on the day, with plans for a Christmas elf to hand out treats to visiting children.
Committee member Olivia Isherwood-Graham said: "It will be a real variety, including businesses from the Flintshire area, and we hope to make it a great family experience. It's all part of trying to bring the precinct back as a hub for the town. We hope this will be the first of many events within the precinct."
