His dad, Paul, said: "Alfie's a big Paul Mullin fan - he loves him. Mullin knows Alfie from the last three years watching Wrexham home and away.
"Paul Mullin's always got time for fans, he's a legend. Fair play to Wrexham AFC, it is an eye opener how good the players are with the fans. That's part of the reason Alfie wanted to give Mullin something back on his birthday.
"When Alfie gave him the gifts, Mullin said 'Thank you mate, that's lovely - you shouldn't have but I'm made up'."
Earlier this year, Alfie made the news after he raffled off his signed Wrexham AFC shirt to raise £1,200 for the foodbank.
"Alfie's family and everyone at his school are all very proud of him," Paul added.
"His dream is to walk the Wrexham team out as a mascot for a home game one day."
