RAIL services in North Wales have been disrupted after a person was hit by a train.
Transport for Wales confirmed that a person has been struck by a train between Flint and Prestatyn this afternoon.
Some lines are blocked as a result, with disruption expected until 6.30pm.
A spokesperson for Transport for Wales said: "Due to a person being hit by a train between Flint and Prestatyn some lines are blocked.
"Train services through these stations may be subject to disruption on all routes. Replacement road transport is currently being sourced.
"Disruption is expected until 18:30."
