THE A483 in Wrexham remains closed after police shut the road in the early hours.
North Wales Police released a statement shortly after midnight stating that the Northbound carriageway was closed from J4 Coedpoeth to J3 Rhostyllen.
A spokesperson said: "Please be aware that the A483 North Bound is closed between Junction 4 (A525 Ruthin Road / Coedpoeth) to Junction 3 (A5152 Rhostyllen)."
This morning, Traffic Wales reported that the road remains closed following a road traffic collision.
A Traffic Wales spokesperson said: "A483 Northbound Remains Closed. Northbound J4 Ruthin Interchange remains closed after collision earlier this morning. Update will be issued once road has fully reopened."
As of 10am, the road was reopened.
