A WREXHAM venue is set to be filled with the sound of music and song next month, as the new location for Nightingale House Hospices' annual Christmas concert.
Sponsored by DTCC, ticket holders will enjoy performances at William Aston Hall from renowned Welsh tenor Trystan Llŷr Griffiths, Robert Guy’s enchanting New Sinfonia, Cantorion Sirenian Singers, Rhos Male Voice Choir and Lleisiau'r Afon. The popular concert will have the audience singing along to festive carols with a live orchestra, promising an evening of festive joy and community spirit.
Discussing the Christmas Celebration, Welsh tenor Trystan Llŷr Griffiths said: “I’m delighted to be taking part in the Nightingale House Hospice Christmas Concert this year along with our other special guests. I hope we can entertain and bring some festive cheer whilst supporting this wonderful charity. Nadolig Llawen!"
Rhos Male Voice Choir has performed at numerous Christmas Concerts over the years for Nightingale House and expressed their joy at returning once again.
A spokesperson said: “Côr Meibion Rhos are delighted to be supporting Nightingale House yet again. We always look forward to this event. It's great to have such a lovely evening whilst helping to raise money for this fantastic cause at the same time.”

As Christmas time approaches, Nightingale House invites you to join them in the spirit of giving. The Christmas Celebration not only offers a delightful evening of entertainment but also raises vital funds for patient care at the independent hospice. Event Fundraiser Elise Jackson added: “I am pleased to be moving our annual Christmas concert to a larger venue this year so that even more people can enjoy this most magical evening! It’s the perfect event to get you into the Christmas spirit and raise vital funds for the hospice in this season of giving.”

There will also be a Christmas raffle and the chance to purchase festive treats, all in support of Nightingale House Hospice.
