A WREXHAM takeaway has been given the highest-rating possible by a top food reviewer.
Chip-O-Dee, based on Borras Road, has become a hit in the area since it first opened around three years ago.
So much so, that it expanded its empire by opening a second shop in Caergwrle earlier this year.
It offers a range of takeaway options from the traditional fish and chips to pizzas and kebabs and has just this week announced that it will soon be offering desserts to customers.
But, as well as being popular with the locals, it has recently just been given a top review from a popular food vlogger.
Craig Harker, who runs the 'Dad Loves Food' channel, paid Chip-O-Dee a visit on Saturday (October 14).

He tried out some of the takeaway's home-made lamb doner kebab, made 'fresh' by owner Haci Deniz, who is originally from Ankara in Turkey, and his team.
Giving it a top review, in a video posted to the channel, Craig said: "It reminds me of Istanbul. That is unreal, you can taste the strong lamb flavour because its fresh meat.
"That has just lifted Wrexham to the next level. That is unbelievable. That's the best you're going to get in the UK that - by far. It's an easy one for me, ten out of ten."
Following the visit, Craig - who also attended Wrexham's 3-2 win over Salford City last weekend - added: "Now that was a proper homemade doner kebab. The lamb flavour was so intense it made us feel like it was from Istanbul! Unbelievable!"

Chip-O-Dee, run by Haci Deniz and his team, was crowned Wrexham's best kebab shop in Wrexham Eats' Kebab Shop Tournament just last year, beating 15 other businesses to the prize.
