A NUMBER of main roads in Flintshire are closed due to flooding today (Friday, October 20).
Storm Babat has brought persistent heavy rainfall to the area - causing flooding across Flintshire.

As a result of flooding, the following main roads are currently closed:

A5104 Chester Road, Broughton

A541 in Pontblyddyn

A550 in Penyffordd

A5104 Mold Road, Broughton

A548 Chester Road, Flint/Oakenholt

A5104 Corwen Road, Pontybodkin
Other roads affected by flooding and best avoided include the A5118 at Padeswood, the A550 at Dobshill and Tinkersdale and the A548 Coast Road at Mostyn.
