'HEAVY SHOWERS' with some 'sunny spells' is being predicted for Wales over the weekend.
The Met Office has offered those predictions for the coming days throughout the country.
Today (Friday, October 20) will be cloudy for many with 'heavy, persistent rain' across the north causing disruption.
It will also be 'windy in the north, particularly at coasts', with a maximum temperature of 16 °C.
Tonight will see the rain become more widespread but lighter in intensity. Cloud is expected to build through the night with hill fog on highest ground.
The Met Office is predicting 'strong gusty winds' in the far northwest but light elsewhere.

Moving on to the weekend and tomorrow (Saturday, October 21) is expected to be 'cloudy for most with the risk of a shower but some sunny spells through the afternoon'.
The Met Office says that winds will be 'easing, although may be gusty along the coasts and in the heaviest showers'. Maximum temperature of 15 °C are expected.
The outlook for Sunday (October 22) to Tuesday (October 24) is; 'Brighter than previous days but showers remain' with the heaviest to the west through Sunday night.
A band of showers is expected to move eastwards through Monday, but clearer conditions expected on Tuesday.
