TWO men have been arrested in connection with car break-ins in Flintshire. 

Police said on Tuesday night (October 10) that the arrests were made in Shotton on Chester Road East in relation to an alleged attempted burglary.

Both of those arrested are suspects for theft from motor vehicles in the Deeside area, police said.

There has been a recent spate in thefts from vehicles in the Deeside area, prompting a police warning to people about ensuring vehicles are safe and secure. 

Anyone with information in regards to any burglaries or theft from motor vehicles are urged to please come forward and alert North Wales Police.
