A BUS driver assaulted another motorist after a collision resulted in a "heated" exchange between them, a court heard.
David Macauley, of Church Drive in Rhos on Sea, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Friday morning.
The 41-year-old admitted that on April 21 at Pentre in Flintshire, he assaulted a man named Joseph Wilding.

Prosecutor Rachel Drew told the court that at around 8.30am on that date, Macauley and the victim had been merging when heading towards a roundabout.
Both parties got out and "started filming on mobile phones" after their vehicles collided, Ms Drew said.
That was when things "got a bit heated," she explained, as the victim had been filming Macauley.

The defendant "grabbed" the phone and pushed it away - which constituted the offence of common assault.
Ms Drew said the incident did not result in any physical harm to Mr Wilding.
Huw Roberts, defending, told he court his client had set up his own bus company and become a driver full time after gaining "extensive" experience of working in the transport industry.
He explained the defendant had more than a dozen witnesses - passengers on the bus - who witnessed the victim 'undertaking' him, with the incident stemming from there.
Mr Roberts described the assault as "low level," involving his client simply pushing the phone away from him.
Ronald Keating, chair of the Magistrates, said he and his colleagues were satisfied the offence was an "isolated incident" and was "unfortunate."
For that reason, he handed down a 12 month conditional discharge.
Macauley must pay £85 costs and a £26 victim surcharge.
