Wrexham woman jailed for attacking partner and having knife

What followed was a persistent attack against her then girlfriend, involving punches, kicks and a bite.

Flint man fined and banned after high drink-drive reading
The Leader: Image: GoogleImage: Google (Image: Google)This motorist conceded his behaviour had been 'ridiculous' after he was caught driving at more than four times the legal limit.

A court heard he slowed to around 20mph in a 40 zone and was seen "swerving" in the road.

Man sentenced for assaulting Wrexham doormen

Not only did he kick out when door staff were trying to resolve the situation, he bit one of them too.

Wrexham man spared jail after having kitchen knife in road

The Leader: Mold Crown CourtMold Crown Court (Image: Newsquest)A court heard this man drunkenly declared himself the 'hardest man in Wrexham' to a member of the public he'd started a verbal altercation with.

He returned shortly afterwards with a large kitchen knife, to the horror of onlookers.

Man ordered to pay out compensation after biting hospital worker

Yet another defendant before the court for biting someone - this time a porter at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.

A court heard the victim had been asked to move the defendant as part of his duties.

But the defendant took exception, and the attack ensued.
