A WREXHAM AFC star has kicked off a vehicle leasing firm’s toy drive in aid of a children’s hospice charity.

Elliot Lee recently paid a visit to the V4B Group’s HQ in Wrexham to launch the company’s initiative aimed at collecting toys to bring joy to children at Hope House.

During his visit to V4B, the midfielder also brought along his own donation.

All toys collected as part of the scheme will be given to seriously ill children who receive care at the two hospices in Oswestry and Conwy.

The toy drive will run until the beginning of December, with a dedicated drop-off point located at the company’s base at Ellkat House on Wrexham Industrial Estate.

The group, which consists of V4B, Fleetsauce, and Business Finance, said it was encouraging donations as part of its commitment to having a positive impact on the community.

Tony Povey, Managing Director of the V4B Group, said: “We believe in giving back to the community that has supported us over the years.
