A MAN is to be sentenced for his part in a conspiracy to burgle a home and seriously injure another person.
Timothy Ramsay, of Heol Celyn in Coedpoeth, appeared at Mold Crown Court on Friday morning.
The 36-year-old admitted that on August 11, he conspired with others to enter a home in Albert Grove, Ruabon, as a trespasser with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm.

He further admitted that on that occasion he had in his possession an offensive weapon, namely a baseball bat, as well as drink driving and sending an offensive/obscene or menacing message by public communication network.
Judge Niclas Parry adjourned the sentence to a later date in order for the probation service to prepare a pre-sentence report on the defendant.

The Judge told Ramsay: "You will be given significant credit for pleading guilty so early.
"You'll be visited by a probation officer - make sure you cooperate."
The defendant was remanded in custody and will be produced in the dock for sentence on October 19.
