A POPULAR food and drink festival is making its return to Wrexham this weekend (September 23 and 24).
The two-day Wrexham Feast event will once again be transforming Waterworld Car Park in Wrexham City centre into a foodie frenzy, with gates opening at 10am and closing at 9pm on both days.
The event will play host to more than 90 traders on Saturday and Sunday (23 and 24 September), with thousands of visitors expected to join in with the fun.
The weekend also features amazing cookery demos from local chefs showcasing their amazing culinary skills, as well as live music throughout the day and into the night.
Last year's event attracted around 8,000 people, making it a record-breaker for Wrexham Feast which has existed for over a decade.

And for dessert, there will be a vast range of tasty treats too including crepes, churros, waffles, ice cream - the list goes on!
However, the feast also offers a variety of food traders who cater to diverse dietary preferences, so guests can indulge in vegan, vegetarian, dairy-alternative, and plant-based foods.

Payments
There will be no cash points on-site, however, the nearest one can be found at Natwest Bank, just 200 yards away, located off Queens Square.
While many of the event traders will accept card payments on the day, the organisers recommend bringing some cash with you as a backup for your convenience.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately not! Wrexham Feast organisers say that while they do 'have a deep affection for our four-legged pals', the event 'isn't the ideal setting for them'.
However, welcome assistance dogs can accompany their owners.
