A FORMER city centre pub in Wrexham, which has been converted into apartments, is set to be auctioned off.
The Commercial is now set to go up for auction through Town and Country Property Auctions at a guide price of £225,000.
Bidding will take place via an online auction betwwen 5.30pm and 7.30pm on October 26.
The 19th-centruy Grade II building has been converted to provide three two-bedroom and two one-bedroom apartments.
It also features two outside areas to the back, including The Commercial's old beer garden.

A statement from Town and Country Property Auctions about the property reads: "It is in need of some cosmetic internal refurbishment and provides an ideal opportunity to provide a property with a significant rental income. Potential Gross Yield Of Circa 13%."
The description adds: "Each Apartment has the benefit of gas central heating and a fitted kitchen. Each apartment has an independent fire alarm system. The property is sold as seen."
