WREXHAM AFC talisman Paul Mullin made his long awaited return from injury on Saturday - much to the delight of Reds fans.
The prolific forward had been out of action since the 3-1 pre-season win over Manchester United.
In that match on July 26, Mullin was stretchered off following a collision with goalkeeper Nathan Bishop and was later found to have suffered a 'punctured lung'.
Since then, it's been an anxious wait for Reds fans to see their star man back in action.
But, that moment finally came on Saturday (September 9) as Wrexham beat Doncaster Rovers 2-1 at home in their latest League Two fixture.

A crowd of 10,254 fans (including 1,143 Doncaster fans) watched on from the Stok Cae Ras stands on what was scorching afternoon weather-wise.
And a rapturous applause took place on the hour-mark as Mullin came on in place of Sam Dalby.
But it was after the match that Mullin, once again, truly enjoyed a special moment with the Wrexham supporters.
Pre-injury, it had become a Stok Cae Ras tradition for the forward to head over to fans after the match to celebrate by punching the air three times.

Mullin has already become a hero for Wrexham since making the switch to the club from Cambridge United in the summer of 2021.
Last season was a particularly incredible one for the striker as he netted 46 goals in all competitions as Wrexham also ended 15 years of hurt to return to the English Football League by winning the National League title.
How many goals will he score now that he has made his return?
