A NEW fitness facility has opened its doors in Llangollen striving to support both physical and mental wellbeing.
Jemma Stubbs, founder of Stubbs Performance, has lived in Llangollen for over 15-years since moving from the Wirral. She has been in the fitness industry very successfully for over eight years.
She said: "I opened the facility after seeing how inspiring clients' journeys have been in a small studio style gym which we opened three years-ago.
"The only gyms I have ever worked in before felt fairly intimidating, complicated and sometimes scary so it was important to maintain that warm and welcoming environment to make people feel at home.
"My partner, Phil, 35, has 15-years coaching experience and has come on board to manage the centre for me while I focus my attention on my amazing clients."

The gym is open on weekdays between 6am and 10pm, and weekends from 8am until 8pm. It is situated at Mile End Mill on the A5.
