THE TEAM behind a new travel agent in Flintshire say they have been 'blown away' by the support shown for the new business on its opening day.
Hawarden Travel officially opened to the public on Saturday, August 26.
Based on the High Street in Hawarden, the branch is part of the Buckley Travel family.
Hawarden residents will now have somewhere closer to home to book their next holiday to incredible destinations worldwide including; Barbados, Ecuador and Canada to name just a few countries on the travel agent's list.
Hawarden Travel's Jacqui Bowring said: "Buckley Travel was formed in 2007 and has gone from strength to strength.
"I got to know Michelle (Shone - Hawarden Travel's fellow co-owner) through that and we decided between us that we would go into this 50-50 together."

Jacqui added: "We have a really great team here of six people at the moment and, as for the next site - watch this space!"
