There are plenty of delicious menus on offer in the Wrexham area, it can be hard to know where to go next.
We asked Leader Live readers on social media what their favourite spot for lunch is - and here are the most popular choices.
There was a mixed response when we asked for the 'best place for lunch in Wrexham' yesterday, but these were definitely the top recommendations.
'Levant Kitchen and Bar', situated on Chester Street, was highlighted as a very popular choice among local residents. Serving quality homemade food from fresh ingredients, their lunchtime menu is available until 5pm.
Also in the heart of Wrexham's centre is 'The Bank, Small Plates Restaurant', which was also given an honourable mention.
With a 5* rating on Tripadvisor, it is unsurprising that residents made this one of their top choices.
Ella-May said: "Unreal food and service as always. Amazing value and portion sizes are fab for the price" while another said: "Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable."
A new national favourite thanks to the glowing review by Jay Rayer is 'Lisbon Tapas.' The authentically Portuguese dining experience offers a variety of "inviting" dishes.
A guest said: "What a find. Charming staff and a brilliant menu", while another said: "Absolutely faultless."
The Lemon Tree was a popular choice among those in Wrexham. The hotel offers a modern British menu for those just wanting a bite to eat. Prices are affordable and food is described as "beautifully cooked and full of flavour."
Other honourable mentions include The Ramada for Afternoon Tea, The Priory Cafe, The YaB Hub, Carniboar Steak House and the Pant Yr Ochain.

The Ffrywd was also highly praised for its Sunday lunch. The family-run pub in Cefn-Y-Bedd serves homemade pub classics and is "without a doubt" a top choice according to Vicky Tombs.
Many others expressed their excitement over the new Hickory's restaurant soon to take over the Squire York in Wrexham, claiming it will be their new favourite before it has even opened.
And not to forget the 'Best Cafe in Wales 2023', 'To^st Cafe and Deli'. Offering everything from a delicious breakfast to local cheese and homemade cafes, there is a lot to love about this hidden gem.
