BRYMBO cricket club is set to host a charity match this weekend in aid of prostate cancer.
The cricket club aims to raise funds and awareness for Prostate Cancer Support as statistics reveal one in eight men will be diagnosed with the condition in their lifetime within the UK.
North Wales Select, sponsored by Body Perfect Accident Repair, will be playing against South Africa Select, sponsored by MacBrook Gas Ltd Heating and Insulation.
The event will take place this bank holiday on Sunday, August 27, starting at 12pm at Brymbo Cricket Club.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men, with more than 52,000 men being diagnosed every year on average.
The club aim to host a day of cricket entertainment all for a wonderful cause.
Everyone is welcome to go down and support the event.
