A family day and dog show will be held in Caerwys this bank holiday weekend in a first for a Flintshire dog rescue.
Almost Home Dog Rescue have announced their first ever Fun Family Day and Dog Show, aptly named “Doing it for the Dogs Day” on Sunday, August 27 at Ty Ucha Farm.
It aims to raise money for the dogs in the rescue care, with ever-increasing costs, and are still looking for stall holders (please contact the rescue to book at info@almosthome.dog).
The event will be held from 10.30am onwards and is free admission, however donations on entry and for parking are very welcome.
The Dog show will start at approximately midday, with a break for a doggy demonstration.
There will be a chance to use agility equipment and speak to the rescue’s experts on any doggy questions you may have, and a microchipping service available free of charge.
