A FLINTSHIRE-based charity launching a donation drive to encourage second-hand furniture donations, appealing to residents who may be having a clear out.
With growing numbers of people in the area struggling with rising prices, Refurbs Flint has put out calls for donations of second-hand furniture, so they can continue to offer affordable, quality furniture to the community.
Operations manager Amy Cleary said: "We're asking local people who may be having a clear out to think about donating unwanted furniture before taking them to the skip.
"If it's in resaleable condition, do get in touch and we'll come collect it for free."
The charity offers a free collection service across the Flintshire and Denbighshire area. If you have an item that you would like to donate, email admin@refurbs.org.uk with your name and a contact number, and include details and pictures (if possible) of the items you wish to donate.
