A MAIN A road in Wrexham was closed after a crash.
The incident happened on the A528 in Overton this morning (Monday, August 14), at the junction with B5069 (Oswestry turn off).
North Wales Police initially said the road will be closed "for several hours".
A spokesperson said: "A528 closed between Overton and Ellesmere. A telegraph pole has come down in the road, emergency services currently at scene dealing with the incident.
"Road will be closed for several hours. Location is near the Overton Cross., junction for the B5069."
However, the force confirmed shortly before 1pm that the road has now reopened.
A North Wales Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 10.59am to reports of a road traffic collision in Overton.
"One crew are in attendance – there are no more details at this time."
The Welsh Ambulance Service said it wasn't called to the incident.
