IT is set to be a mixed weekend weather-wise across Wrexham and Flintshire, according to The Met Office.
Despite a recent spell of sun this week, following consistent rain throughout July, the weather experts are predicting sunny intervals and showers this weekend.
Across Wrexham and Flintshire, temperatures are set to rise as high as 21C, with lows of 13C.
Saturday (August 12) looks set to be a real mixed bag of showers with some sunny spells, while Sunday (August 13) looks to be more of the same.

A spokesperson for the Met Office said:" Friday - A dry evening with some late sunny spells. Overnight, showery outbreaks of rain move in from the west, turning heavy at times and carrying the risk of thunder. Feeling cooler. Minimum temperature 12 °C.
"Saturday: A mixture of sunny intervals and showers. These turning heavy and thundery at times and merging together to give longer spells of rain. Breezy with temperatures returning to average. Maximum temperature 21 °C.
"Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday: Sunshine and showers on Sunday, with showers merging into longer spells of rain on Monday carrying the risk of thunder. Drier on Tuesday. Temperatures around average with lighter winds."
