RYAN Reynolds has praised Wrexham striker Paul Mullin and wished him a 'speedy recovery' after he sustained an injury during a pre-season friendly.
Wrexham are currently on a tour of the US as part of preparations for the season ahead in League Two.
They followed up their 4-0 win over LA Galaxy with a 3-1 win over a youthful Manchester United side earlier this morning (July 26).
Goals from Elliot Lee, Aaron Hayden and Sam Dalby handed Phil Parkinson's side an impressive win.
But, the big talking point was an inury to striker Paul Mullin early on in the game.
The forward sustained a punctured lung after he collided with United goalkeeper Nathan Bishop.
Wrexham co-owner Rob McElhenney and wife Kaitlin Olson were in attendance at the match.
Fellow co-chairman Ryan Reynolds was not there but immediately took to social media post-match to comment on the Mullin injury.

The Deadpool star heaped praise on to his star striker as he wished him a speedy recovery from the injury.
Ryan said: "Paul Mullin puts his last drop of blood into everything he does. The entire @Wrexham_AFC community is pulling for a speedy recovery."

It is not yet known how long the injury will keep Mullin out of action for.
Up next for the Reds is another pre-season match over in the USA as they take on Philadelphia Union on Saturday, July 29.
They will then begin life in League Two against MK Dons on Saturday, August 5.
