MOLD Town Council has issued a warning following a rise in groups of youngsters 'jumping' over and 'running around' the cemetery.
The council took to social media to share its stern warning following multiple reports of incidents in the town's cemetery on Alexandra Road.
In a statement, the town council said: "There have been a number of incidents regarding groups of children / teenagers jumping over the cemetery wall and running around and jumping over graves at the cemetery.
"This is causing a lot of distress to people who are visiting their loved ones' graves.
"Mold Town Council would respectfully ask parents whose children hang around in groups, to please talk to your children and ask them not to enter the cemetery, there are sufficient play areas for children / youths to go.
"Thank you."
