POLICE say there has been a "sharp rise" in anti-social behaviour in an area of Flintshire.
North Wales Police said the issues are prevalent on St Mark's Avenue in Connah's Quay.
It is said to involve a small group of youths late at night.
PCSO Thomas Maddocks said: "We're experiencing a sharp rise of ASB (anti-social behaviour) in the area of St Marks Avenue.
"We're seeing a group of 6-8 youths causing ASB in the area in way of throwing wet toilet paper at homes, shouting abuse at residents, looking through windows.
"It's occurring from 9pm and 2am. If you notice anything or know people who may be involved then police need your help to stop the behaviour."
