WREXHAM: Fish and chip shop to open in Gresford

Everland Fish Bar will be expanding the business by opening a new shop on Chester Road, Gresford, on Thursday, July, 13.

It will be a change of scenery but they will be serving the same classic fish and chips Wrexham residents all know and love.

A spokesperson said: "We are delighted to be able to expand our family business with an additional chip shop in the village of Gresford due to open on Thursday 13th July.

“We are a family run chip shop with nearly 50 years of chip shop trading experience in the Wrexham area.

“We will be offering the finest quality fish and chips that all our customers are used to receiving already from our existing shop Everland.

“It’s such an exciting opportunity for our family and we are looking forward becoming a new firm favourite in the area. Our focus is delivering simple quality food cooked well with excellent service.

"Over recent years, Everland's has been fortunate enough to be able to expand the business into a bigger shop on Market Street, and now to another premises in Gresford.

"An opportunity arose for us to take over ownership and we jumped at the chance. Gresford is a lovely village and we feel we will be an asset to the pre-existing small local businesses based there."

They added that the new adventure would not have been possible without the continued support and loyalty of the Wrexham people who have shopped local, keeping the business alive during difficult times.
