A FLINTSHIRE takeaway has announced that it will be closing its doors later this month.
Thai Kitchen originally opened during the height of the Covid pandemic, serving delicious authentic Thai dishes from their mobile food hut on the Bromfield Industrial Estate in Mold.
Then, in September 2021, it moved to Chester Street - next to Goldfields Jewellers - where it has remained since.
But, this week, the owners announced that they will be closing their doors for good on Saturday, July 15.
Run by Lucas and Paranya Mager and their team, a Facebook post confirmed the news on July 5.

The post stated that the decision was 'not made lightly' and that the owners feel it is 'time for a new chapter' in their lives.
They also thanked their customers for being so 'loyal' over the years.
The post from Thai Kitchen read: "Dear lovely customers, it is with a very heavy heart to announce that we have made the decision to shut down Thai Kitchen. We have not made the decision lightly, but decided, as a family it is time for a new chapter in our lives.
"You have all been such great loyal customers to us and cannot thank you enough for your support since we first opened in 2020.
Thai Kitchen was run by husband and wife Lucas and Paranya Mager.
"Our last day will be the 15th July, so if you fancy yourselves a curry before then, it would be lovely to see you!
"If anybody is interested or knows anybody who may be interested in buying any cooking equipment then please send them our way.
"Again, thank you so much to you all! We have met some lovely people over the years which we will miss seeing on a weekly basis. Onwards and upwards as they say! Love from us all at Thai Kitchen x"
