A ROBBERY at a convenience store in Holywell has led to police appealing for information.
The incident, at the Local Convenience Store on Holywell High Street, happened shortly before 10pm on Sunday, July 2, say police.
North Wales Police have released a description of the suspect inside the store.
A spokesperson said: “A man described to be dressed in black with a hood up and wearing a facemask was armed with a machete as he entered the shop, where an altercation took place between the suspect and a member of staff.
“The man is then understood to have left the store with a second suspect who was waiting outside.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact officers via the webchat facility online, or by calling 101, using reference number 23000595515.”
