The event, on Thursday, July 6 at Wrexham Point, will give businesses the chance to see the changing face of one of Wales' largest industrial estates, with opportunities to tour the new industrial units at the growing commercial development.

FIREM's latest addition to Wrexham Industrial Estate, Wrexham Point, comprises 11 high-quality new build units from 800 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft. Since its completion, various tenants have taken advantage of FIREM's investment, including anchor tenant, Howdens Joinery, which currently occupies 30% of the space.

FIREM has invested more than £136million at Wrexham Industrial Estate to date, which is now home to over 340 manufacturing businesses and employs more than 10,000 people across a variety of industries.

Alongside the guided site tour, FIREM will be providing food, drinks and entertainment. Those interested in attending, can register for the event: https://resources.fi-rem.com/wrexham_summer_party.

Tim Knowles, founder and managing director of FI Real Estate Management, said: "We've always been confident in Wrexham's potential, reflected by our investment in the city since we purchased our first plot of land in 2005.

"Our high-quality, purpose-built industrial units elevate the industry standard in Wrexham, which is essential for the prosperity of local and regional businesses.

"We're looking forward to meeting like-minded Wrexham's business leaders and showcasing the new units at our event - attendance is limited, so I would recommend signing up sooner rather than later."
