POLICE are investigating a dog attack in Wrexham.
Inspector Luke Hughes, of the Wrexham City policing team, said officers received the report of the incident at 8.45pm on Wednesday.
He said there was a report of a dog bite injury on Rhosddu Park.
"It is the second time we have had a report of an aggressive dog in recent days," he said.
"Initial enquiries suggest they are not linked, but I’m also advised that this location is becoming increasing popular with dog walkers. Can I make an appeal to keep all dogs under control at the location, local bylaws will also be reviewed. It would be a shame for this facility to be withdrawn due the actions of a few."
