'LIVE at the Valley' took place at the weekend, in what was described by organisers as 'a brilliant day'.
In what proved to be one of the hottest days of the year so far, over 900 people poured in into Greenfield Valley on Saturday (June 24) to listen to a fantastic range of musical performances with something for the whole family.
As well as the music there were games, activities and circus performers for the children.
The live music event, formerly known as 'Party in the Park' included acts such as well-known local Alt Rock/Indie band The Montagues and the George Formby Society who brought their ukuleles.

Brenda Harvey, chair of the Greenfield Valley Trust, said: ‘What a great day! A huge amount of work went into organising it, and thanks go to all involved, including the volunteers who helped out on the day, and I don’t think it could have been better.
"The music was brilliant, the games and activities added a real party atmosphere – and the weather played its part.
"People are already saying that they can’t wait for next year so that says it all!".
The event saw children enter for free with plenty of activities and things to do for the whole family as well being complete with plenty of food and drink services.
